FleetAfrica can take on the responsibility of first licensing and licence renewals for clients as an added value service. Licences will be obtained during the month of expiry and distributed to the various transport officers, who will then sign receipt thereof.
It is the responsibility of the transport officers to ensure that the licences are fitted to the vehicle before the expiry date. The client will be responsible to obtain COF documents for vehicles in need of COFs; late COFs will attract penalties and will be for the client’s account.
Licence renewal and COF due reports will be sent to the client three months in advance allowing the client ample time to arrange for any outstanding COFs. Traffic Fines are the responsibility of the individual driver / user unless they relate to specific roadworthy issues pertaining to the vehicle. FleetAfrica will redirect fine(s) to respective clients.
