FleetAfrica has developed an in-house activity management system to ensure that the downtime of all vehicles across all contracts is monitored on an on-going basis.

This system assists FleetAfrica to monitor vehicle availability and ensures reduced downtime as a result of service, maintenance and repairs.

The allowed downtime parameters can be set per contract and is managed on a per vehicle basis. Reports are supplied detailing all maintenance activities for all vehicles and shows availability achieved per vehicle per month.
