FleetAfrica’s professional Call Centre has the capacity to manage maintenance of over 60 000 vehicles and can handle over 1000 calls per day. The Call Centre is divided into two areas: Customer Call Centre and Maintenance Call Centre and provides various services to our clients and suppliers.
The Customer Call Centre provides clients with services such as breakdown and roadside assistance, insurance claims, general maintenance, ad-hoc rentals and service scheduling. The Maintenance Call Centre assists our dealers and suppliers with service and maintenance authorisations. It also provides downtime control and managed maintenance.
